Well folks.
We have been so busy, but the beers should be updated later.
In the meantime, we are looking for another chef to help Paul and Colby. If you are looking for work and have 3 years experience in a busy kitchen you can contact us at lady.gwydir@yahoo.co.uk. or if you know someone who is studying catering and would like experience cooking from scratch. The main things are, enthusiasm, an interest in cooking, good team worker and sense of humour
